Exclusive Engagement & Superseding Agreement Policy

DQUESTMAFA LLC

1. Exclusive Engagement Requirement

By submitting an application, signing any agreement, or providing verbal or non‑verbal consent to work with DQUESTMAFA LLC (“the Company”), you acknowledge and agree that your engagement with the Company is exclusive for the duration of this Agreement.

During this period, you agree not to enter into, maintain, or rely upon any outside contract, service agreement, representation, or agency relationship that conflicts with, duplicates, or interferes with your obligations to the Company.

2. Superseding Effect of This Agreement

Upon your consent, application submission, signature, or continued involvement with the Company, this Agreement becomes the controlling and superseding document governing your participation.

Any prior, existing, or outside agreements—written, verbal, implied, or otherwise—are considered waived, released, and inapplicable for the duration of your engagement with DQUESTMAFA LLC, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Consent Activation Clause

This Agreement becomes valid and enforceable upon any of the following actions:

• Submission of an application form

• Digital or physical signature

• Verbal confirmation

• Acceptance of Company services

• Participation in Company activities

• Continued involvement after receiving this policy

Any form of participation constitutes affirmative consent to the terms of this Agreement.

4. Non‑Verbal Participation Clause

Engaging with the Company in any capacity—including communication, onboarding steps, content creation, platform participation, or acceptance of Company services—constitutes non‑verbal acceptance of this Agreement and its exclusive nature.

5. Duration of Agreement

This Agreement remains active and enforceable until:

• Both parties mutually agree to terminate the engagement, or

• You submit an official termination form provided by DQUESTMAFA LLC

No other method of termination is valid or recognized.

6. Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Exclusivity obligations end

• Superseding effect ends

• You regain the right to enter outside contracts freely

• The Company is released from all future obligations

All obligations, responsibilities, or deliverables that occurred before termination remain governed by the terms active during your engagement.

7. Acknowledgment

By engaging with DQUESTMAFA LLC in any capacity, you acknowledge that:

• You understand and accept the exclusive nature of this Agreement

• You voluntarily waive reliance on any conflicting outside agreements

• This Agreement governs your participation unless and until properly terminated
